Space is limited on a first-come, first-served basis with an enrollment deadline of February 3, 2023.
We believe every student should have the opportunity to travel. That's why we offer the lowest prices possible while also providing our travelers with more choices for managing their payments.
Option 1: Pay in full at enrollment
- Pay the entire balance at the time you enroll.
Option 2: Payment Plan
- Enroll with a $99 deposit per traveler.
- 120 days until departure: 30% deposit of reservation total.
- 90 days until departure: 30% deposit of reservation total.
- 60 days until departure: 100% of remaining balance.
Payment methods accepted: Apple Pay and Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, ATM/debit cards, personal checks.
The cancellation policies outlined below take into consideration the costs ClassTrip.com incurs often years before groups ever depart. Notice of cancellation from a class trip will only be accepted from the traveler, their legal guardian, or the group leader. The date of cancellation will be determined by the date on which ClassTrip.com receives notice.
- Upon booking: Full refund less the $99 non-refundable enrollment deposit per person.
- 120 days until departure: Full refund less the $99 non-refundable enrollment deposit per person and a $300 cancellation fee per traveler.
- 90 days until departure: Full refund less the $99 non-refundable enrollment deposit per person and a $600 cancellation fee per traveler.
- 60 days until departure: No refund will be issued.
We recommend planning on approximately $20 per day for spending money. This should cover lunches, beverages, and any souvenirs. Be sure to alert your bank and your credit card company to let them know that you will be traveling and make sure your cards will work.
