Questions teachers ask

How much does the Peru school trip cost?

The price is per student and depends on your group size, departure airport and room type. Tell us about your class and we will send an itinerary and a price per student.

Do students need a passport?

Yes. Every traveler needs a valid passport. We send the entry requirements with your itinerary, well before departure.

What about the altitude in Cusco?

Cusco sits at 11,440 feet. The itinerary goes down to the Sacred Valley, at about 8,200 feet, on the first day in the Andes so students can adjust before Cusco.

Can we make the trip longer?

Yes. Add a 3-day extension to Ica and the Huacachina dunes, to Lake Titicaca and its floating islands, or to Arequipa and the Colca Canyon.

How many chaperones do we need?

We recommend 1 adult chaperone for every 10 students. Free places for teachers and chaperones are included.

How do families pay?

Your trip gets its own registration page where families sign up and pay by card. They can also pay by phone or by check, in installments.
