Questions teachers ask

How long is a typical school trip?

Most school trips run 3 to 5 days. We also plan one-day trips by motorcoach and longer trips of 6 or 7 days, and every itinerary can be made shorter or longer.

Do we fly or go by bus?

U.S. trips work either way. Schools within driving distance usually travel by private motorcoach, and everyone else flies. International trips are by air.

Can you build a custom itinerary?

Yes. If none of our trips fit, we build one from scratch: any destination in the U.S. or abroad, any length, around your dates, your budget and what your class is studying.

Can we change one of these itineraries?

Yes. Every itinerary is a starting point. We change it for your grade level, your dates and your budget.

What is included?

Overnight trips include roundtrip transport, hotels, a private motorcoach while touring, breakfast and dinner daily, the admissions on the itinerary and a tour director who travels with your group the whole way. Each itinerary lists exactly what it includes.

How many chaperones do we need?

We recommend 1 adult chaperone for every 10 students. Free places for teachers and chaperones are included.

How do families pay?

Your trip gets its own registration page where families sign up and pay by card. They can also pay by phone or by check, in installments.

Want a custom trip?

We plan custom class trips all over the U.S. and abroad. Tell us where your class wants to go and we will build the itinerary and send a price per student.
