- George Washington's Mount Vernon: the mansion and grounds, the museum and education center, the Slave Memorial and Washington's tomb
- Tour the US Capitol: the Visitor Center, the Crypt, the Rotunda and National Statuary Hall
- Optional meet and greet with your state's members of Congress
- Photo stop at the Library of Congress and the Supreme Court
- The National Mall: the MLK Jr., FDR and Jefferson Memorials

- Arlington National Cemetery: the Kennedy gravesites, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the Changing of the Guard

Can we change this itinerary?
Yes. Every itinerary can be changed for your grade level, your dates and your budget.
Can we travel by bus instead of flying?
Yes. Groups within driving distance travel by private motorcoach, and everyone else flies.
How many chaperones do we need?
We usually recommend about 1 adult for every 10 students. Free places for trip leaders and chaperones are included, and the number is set when we plan your trip.
Who is with our group during the trip?
A ClassTrip.com tour director travels with your group throughout, with overnight security at the hotels and 24/7 travel emergency support.
How do families pay?
Your trip gets its own registration page where families sign up and pay by card. They can also pay by phone or by check, in installments.
